Pocket friendly tip: How to make a Mosquito Trapper

My biggest fear is to see one of my kids contracted from a dengue disease. It breaks my heart whenever I  heard children dying due to communicable diseases and I can help but worry that one day my child may share the same fate. Worst is, dengue symptoms are confusing as it varies from one person to another. A common colds associated with mild fever may be diagnosed as flu. But actually it's an outset of a deadly disease that may eventually result to weakness, dehydration, shock, and death.

As an a popular insect repellant suggests, "trap mosquitoes before they kill you and your family". Now, let me share you these made easy and affordable mosquito trapper I just found out on facebook.

Materials Needed:
2000ml (2 liter) bottle
50 gram brown sugar
1 gram yeast
Thermometer
Measure cup
Knife

Black paper

The following are the procedures in making a mosquito trapper
1. Cut a plastic bottle in half, keep both parts. Can be soft drink bottle.
2.Take the lower portion of the bottle. Dissolve the brown sugar in hot water. Let it cool down to ~70 deg F (room temperature).
3.Add the yeast. Carbon dioxide will be formed and will attract the mosquitoes.
4.Cover the bottle with a dark wrap and insert in the top portion upside down like a funnel. Place it in a corner in your house.
5. In 2 weeks you will be surprised by the number of mosquitoes killed.

A friendly reminder

I was checking on my email, when one of my friend send me this wonderful story. Her mother just died a month ago and I could feel it in her the  longing and regret. She may not say or even admit that she regrets so much but I could see it her eyes." If only there was still time "..  I use to say.

After week, we meet on a certain coffee shop and she was telling me this story. She seems happy and relieved. At that time, I haven't read this. But as I listen to her, shes seems so fond of it. I dont get it why. It was just a plain story and now.. I guess i know.

A man stopped at a flower shop to order some flowers to be wired to his mother who lived two hundred miles away.
As he got out of his car he noticed a young girl sitting on the curb sobbing.
He asked her what was wrong and she replied, "I wanted to buy a red rose for my mother.
But I only have seventy-five cents, and a rose costs two dollars."
The man smiled and said, "Come on in with me. I'll buy you a rose."
He bought the little girl her rose and ordered his own mother's flowers.

As they were leaving he offered the girl a ride home.
She said, "Yes, please! You can take me to my mother."
She directed him to a cemetery, where she placed the rose on a freshly dug grave.
The man returned to the flower shop, canceled the wire order, picked up a bouquet and drove the two hundred miles to his mother's house.
